REINTERPRETING HERITAGE THROUGH IMMERSIVE SPACE

Sorolla, a través de la luz is a hybrid museum experience that reinterprets the legacy of Joaquín Sorolla through a combination of original artworks, large-scale LED environments and interactive VR storytelling for Patrimonio Nacional.

The exhibition constructs a layered narrative where physical artefacts and digital spaces coexist, creating a continuous dialogue between tradition and contemporary visual language.

The experience shifts from observation to embodiment, placing the viewer inside a subjective reading of Sorolla’s visual universe.

I contributed to 3D art production and coordination of the VR experience, supporting the development of environments and ensuring visual coherence within the broader exhibition narrative.

The project explores how virtual reality can extend cultural heritage beyond the physical gallery space into experiential storytelling.
